Complimentary Session

In all one-to-one and two-to-one training sessions your first session is complimentary and you are under no obligation to continue.

Individual Sessions

I charge £60 per session. Sessions last approximately 55-60 minutes.

Packages

Bronze Package – 4 sessions per month, six weekly fitness assessment and tailored fitness programme - £200 p/m

Silver Package – 8 sessions per month, six weekly fitness assessment and tailored fitness programme - £375 p/m

Gold Package – 12 sessions per month, six weekly fitness assessment, tailored fitness programme and *money back guarantee - £550 p/m

Block Bookings

For block bookings charges are:

6 Sessions – £275 (price booked individually -£300)

10 Sessions – £450 (price booked individually – £500)

Training Plans

For a training plan and 1hr orientation session I charge £100.

Train with a friend

If you would like to train with a friend of a similar ability I offer 2-1 training sessions for £70.

6 Sessions – £385 (price booked individually – £420)

10 Sessions – £630 (price booked individually – £700)

Corporate Rates

I offer group personal training, boot camps, circuit training and team building sessions. Prices available upon discussion.

Trail Running Holidays

A two night, all-inclusive stay in the beautiful village of Hawnby on the North York Moors for one or two people. Ideal for ultra running beginners/people looking for an exciting weekend away! The format generally features a 33 mile trail run in incredible surroundings, 1hr bespoke training circuit, 2hr ultra-marathon consultation, recovery run and dynamic recovery session. However, depending on your experience and level of fitness the break will be tailored to your exact requirements.

If you complete all your sessions, follow your training plan and stick to your nutritional guidelines and subsequently do not meet your targets, I will fully refund all your session fees.
