Endurance Training

Have you signed up for your first ultra marathon and aren’t sure where to start? My passion is extreme endurance racing and since 2011 I have also coached several clients to run their first ultra-marathons too. These have included the 50 mile Comrades marathon in South Africa, the Jordan ultra marathon in the Jordanian desert and several UK based ultras.

I have experienced the highs and lows of ultra racing many times over and am in a great position to offer my expertise to novice racers. My personal training background, my experience and my enthusiasm help me to coach people from overwhelmed I-don’t-know-if-I-can-do-this types, into confident 33, 50 or 80 mile finishers. If you have recently signed up to an ultra, are contemplating it or have already run one and now want to get faster,  get in touch today.
